Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through lumarc.in. It is written to describe what this website actually does, rather than to cover things we do not do.

Who we are

Lumarc Event Co, Karunagappally P.O, Kollam 690518, Kerala, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@lumarc.in or call +91 97558 55655.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The type of event
• The event date, if you give one
• The number of guests, if you give one
• Your message

There are no accounts on this site, and no payments are taken here. We do not ask for, and this website has no way of receiving, any payment details.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. We use it to discuss your event with you and, if you go ahead, to plan it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, the details are sent to our own inbox as an email. That delivery is handled by Resend, an email service that passes the message on to us. Your enquiry is not saved to a database on this website.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records technical information about requests — including IP addresses — to keep the service running and to protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser.

One thing worth knowing: the page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that. Links to our Instagram profile only take effect if you click them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful — usually while we are talking with you, and afterwards as a record of work we have done. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lumarc.in and we will do it. You never have to use the form — calling or emailing us directly works just as well.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
