The studio
A production house that thinks like a design studio
Lumarc started in 2014 with two people, a tempo van and one very ambitious wedding. Today we're a team of twenty-six — designers, producers, technicians and florists who all sit in the same building and argue about the same floor plans.
It means the person who drew the concept is the person rigging the lights at 6am, and nothing gets lost in the handover.

Questions
The things everyone asks
Weddings and galas: nine to fourteen months is comfortable, and more if you're set on a peak-season date. Corporate events and launches: three to six. That said, we keep two slots a quarter open for short-notice work — ask, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
Full-service projects generally start around ₹20 lakh for production and design, excluding venue and catering. Our planning fee is fixed and quoted upfront — we don't take commission from vendors, so our recommendations stay honest.
Yes — we've produced in fourteen cities across India and a handful overseas. For destination work we bring a core crew and partner with a vetted local team, then handle the logistics, permissions and freight ourselves.
Often, yes. We'll audit what's contracted, flag the gaps and quote for management from that point. We'll also tell you if the honest answer is that it's too far along for us to add value.
It will — something always does. Every project ships with a written contingency plan covering weather, supplier failure, power and medical. Your producer carries it, and you never have to be the one making the call.
